Hallo allerseits,
ich habe da mal eine technische Frage: Bei der CH-53E / MH-53E ist die Heckrotorintegration anders gelöst als bei den kleineren CH-53. Seine Drehachse ist gegenüber der Horizontalen gekippt. Eine englische Beschreibung aus dem Netz (http://www.history.navy.mil/planes/ch53.htm):
"In addition to the engine and rotor changes and generally increased size, the most obvious change was in the tail configuration: a low-mounted symmetrical horizontal tail was surmounted by a larger vertical tail and tail rotor tilted from the vertical so that the tail rotor provided some lift in hover while counteracting the main rotor torque."
Meine Frage jetzt: Welchen Sinn hat das wirklich? Der zusätzliche Auftrieb kann m.E. nicht der einzige Grund sein für diese Änderung, oder?
Vielleicht kennt ja einer von Euch eine gute Erklärung.
