The subscription is opened for the book "MiG-29 fighter in the Air Force" by A.Pavlov and S.Voylokov
We are glad to announce that we are in the process of completing a first volume of the book «MiG-29 fighter in the air force. History, markings and paint schemes».
This book is about the combat path of the one of the best light front-line fighters of our time - the MiG-29. The publication is targeted to a wide range of readers and combines accurate historical information about deployment of the MiG-29, unique earlier unpublished photographs and colourful 100% accurate painting reconstruction of the most interesting but in some cases previously unknown to the broad aviation community Fulcrums.
By reading this book you will learn not only about the MiG-29, but about the Air Force regiments of USSR, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Kazakhstan, who have operated this fighter aircraft since 1983.
For two and a half years of work on the book, the authors have done much to collect and adapt the vast amount of information related to the everyday life of the MiG-29 in the Air Force. As a result you get the most complete story, detailed description of the military service, specifics of exploitation, list and detailed description of the accidents of the «twenty-ninth's».
Our edition is certainly a remarkable event in the world of aviation enthusiasts, as there are no analogues in the Russian book market exists. All that was published earlier mostly had been just a compilation of the book «MiG-29» (Polygon), published in 1998 and containing many inaccuracies.
Provisional volume of the first book is estimated to have 200 pages of text, tables, graphics and photographs. Number of printed copies - 1000.
Everyone who is interested and wants to buy the book is invited to make a pre-order by e-mail: book_mig-29@airforce.ru. And if you want to obtain a very first copy signed by the authors, you will be asked to make a prepayment (you will get the details by e-mail).
Best regards,
Anton Pavlov and Sergei Voylokov
