Finnish pilot Wäinö Bremer's Junkers A 50 Junior. A fantastic man. He flew a around-the-world tour in 1933 (including by boat over the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic). All his flights were made under visual flight conditions, in the daytime and normally in turbulent air below clouds - for hours. The only instruments he had were altimeter, speedometer (which was defect most of the way), tachometer, compass, fuel gauges, oil thermometer and fuel and oil pressure gauges. No blind flying instruments. He must have had a very big portion of luck on his side.Foto aus polnischer Presse 1938.
