Hi Mike,
I paid 37€ (∼50US$) for both sheets in A4-size (210mm x 297mm). You have to let a border of 10mm top and bottom and 5mm left and right.
All must be vecorized and color seperated in the CMYK-mode. Some colors are "special-defined" for the printer:
- white = C0 M0 Y0 K10
- silver = C0 M0 Y0 K30
- gold = C0 M20 Y60 K20
- turn signal (cars) = C0 M71 Y100 K0
- back light (cars) = C0 M100 Y100 K5
- reflecting foil imitation? = C97 M0 Y0 K0
I had a layer for white, yellow, red and black. Under the yellow and red I had white too to be shure the colors are covering the black paint. You can arrange all on one sheet and next time I make black rectangles around the text as cuttung marks, With the light blue of the basepaper it's hard to see where to cut. With this, you can arrange the stencils and markings closer together. I made the layout in Illustrator and exported the file to an .eps format. This file I sent by eMail directly to Carsten Glaubitz (info@decalprint.de). He checked the file within a day and tell you if there is any work to do for you. After made the payment I got the decals in a heavy, hard envelope 10 days later.
Hope I gave you the info you needed
